Yesterday when I brought Gaizka to the daycare,they asked me what we were going to do that night. Since it was the 5th of december and then we have 'Sinterklaas" in Holland. It is a sort of Santa Claus, but a typical Dutch tradition. The children believe he comes by boat from spain and has a big book in which he keeps their behaviour up to date. He has presents, but if you've been bad he will know.
I told them that it was my birthday and since Gaizka is still too small to understand the meaning of 'Sinterklaas' we would invite friends for dinner.
Well ,Femke, the girl who works there, told Gaizka right away that he would make something for my birthday at the daycare.
And look what our Damien Gaizka Hirst made for me......!
We will let you know when the auction will take place !!!
